FDLS2/15

The FDLS2/15 is a pilot-scale dynamic in-line mixer designed for the homogenization of shear-sensitive, high-viscosity liquids. It can uniformly incorporate additives such as flavorings, colorings, and emulsifiers into materials like fats and chocolate. Even with very low additive ratios, it achieves completely uniform mixing. The equipment exhibits extremely low temperature rise during mixing, with the material temperature increasing by no more than 1°C, making it suitable for handling highly shear-sensitive materials such as foams without damaging the product.
