FDX-Y series high shear reactor

The FDX-Y series is a continuous reaction enhancement equipment designed specifically for high-risk, rapid, and strongly exothermic reactions. Through the coupling of in-line high-shear homogenization technology and precision flow channel engineering, it transforms traditional batch reactor reactions into continuous flow chemical processes, achieving an order-of-magnitude improvement in mass and heat transfer efficiency. It has a variety of applications, including high-risk reaction processes such as phosgenation, hydrogenation, oxidation, peroxidation, chlorination, diazotization, alkylation, amination, sulfonation, nitration, and azotization, as well as rapid reaction processes such as cyanidation, rearrangement, and neutralization.
