PDH-D Series Solid/Liquid Dispersion Mixer

The PDH-D series is a production-type in-line solid-liquid dispersion and mixing equipment. Its special stator and rotor generate tremendous pumping force, enabling liquid circulation and powdering. Even after the powder valve is closed, circulation and dispersion continue. Under the action of the rotor, the powder is instantly dispersed upon contact between the two phases. It is suitable for powdering processes of high-solid-content powders and liquids such as gels, alumina suspensions, starch, calcium carbonate, milk powder, silica, and carboxyethylene polymers.
