The PDH10-ST is a laboratory solid/liquid dispersion and mixing equipment designed specifically for mixing and dispersing powders that are difficult to dissolve. During mixing, it minimizes the amount of air mixed in. Its unique design ensures that the powder is fully pre-hydrated when it enters the mixing chamber, eliminating the "fish-eye" phenomenon. It can effectively reduce mixing time, avoids excessive action on shear-sensitive products, and can perform cyclic processing. The hopper feeding system can quickly complete powder addition, wetting, and dispersion mixing without agglomeration.
