PDH-C Series Solid/Liquid Dispersion Mixer

The PDH-C series is a production-grade in-line solid-liquid dispersion and mixing equipment, equipped with a specially designed rotor and mixing chamber to meet the requirements of strong mixing and low shear mixing. Powder and liquid enter the mixing chamber from different directions; under the action of the rotor, the powder is instantly dispersed upon contact between the two phases. The equipment adopts a modular structure, which simplifies many process steps and significantly reduces production costs. It is suitable for the powdering process of high-solids-content powders and liquids such as gels, alumina suspensions, starch, calcium carbonate, milk powder, silica, and carboxyethylene polymers.
