Operating under vacuum conditions, the system is capable of processing high-viscosity materials. It is equipped with a macro mixing system, a high-shear homogenizer, a vacuum module, temperature monitoring, and feeding units, ensuring reliable and efficient production performance.
It enables simultaneous mixing and fine shearing of materials, while supporting vacuum operation, temperature control, and in-line feeding. The vessel lid is also equipped with three pre-configured functional ports, allowing flexible use based on process requirements.
