Wet Grinding Experiment of Animal Tissue

After the client brought the material to our facility, both process engineers and sales engineers jointly observed the material characteristics on-site and further confirmed the experimental procedure as follows:

1 The EU110Pro, equipped with a dual-cone vortex stirring impeller (Type A), was used to fully mix and disperse the solution with the animal tissue, achieving a uniform suspension state.

2 The prepared mixture was then transferred into a colloid mill for cyclic processing.

3 Parameters such as gap clearance and rotational speed were adjusted to achieve finer wet grinding results.

4 Samples were collected for testing and analysis.

Equipment Parameter Information:

Model: EU110Pro

Power Supply: 200–240 V, 50/60 Hz

Motor Type: Brushless DC Motor

Speed Range: 30–1300 rpm (adjustable)

Timer Function: Up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds

Maximum Output Torque: 110 N·cm

Rotation Mode: Bidirectional (Forward and Reverse)

Dual-Cone Vortex Stirring Impeller

The dual-cone vortex stirring impeller creates a pressure differential through its upper and lower conical structure, enhancing shear and dispersion. It is particularly effective for mixing solutions containing difficult-to-dissolve particles and powders.

Its compact design requires minimal space and can be easily integrated with other mixing equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of processing applications.

Motor Speed: 1140–3000 rpm

Rotor Speed: 3000–7900 rpm

Stator-Rotor Gap: 0.1–1 mm (adjustable)

Flow Rate: 150–300 L/h

Max. Tip Speed: 23 m/s
