F22ZD-T

The F22ZD-T is a pilot-scale in-line dispersion module with a simple and compact design. Its modular safety design, coupled with process valves for flow control, meets diverse process requirements and is suitable for in-line emulsification, dispersion, and suspension processes under vacuum or pressurized aseptic environments. It can also perform steam sterilization; its unique rotor structure ensures more thorough flow shearing within a small working cavity. Desktop operation allows for convenient operation by R&D personnel and easy assembly and disassembly. Optional upgrades include a dual-feed structure and an integrated peristaltic pump module, easily handling process samples with varying flow rates and viscosities.
