FDHS series

The FDHS series is a pilot-scale in-line disperser. This series boasts a maximum linear velocity of 40 m/s. Its vertical structure facilitates material intake and discharge, significantly reduces noise, and provides comprehensive shearing protection without dead zones. The working chamber offers single-stage and multi-stage options, resulting in finer droplets, narrower particle size distribution, and better stability of the produced mixture. The machine is easy to install and operate, allowing for quick integration into production lines and facilitating line upgrades. It also meets CIP/SIP cleanliness standards.
